What is the difference between new and used miners?

New miners are factory-new and use the manufacturer’s warranty. Used miners are inspected by our engineers and carry our one-year warranty from shipment.

How do I know whether a used miner was repaired?

The product page states whether the unit arrived working or required repair. When repaired, the affected part and completed work are identified.

Can you repair a miner purchased elsewhere?

Yes. Our workshop accepts supported ASIC miners purchased from us, another supplier or a previous owner.

Can I sell my current miner to you?

Yes. We buy working and faulty miners worldwide. The price is agreed before shipment after reviewing the model and condition.

Can you host a miner after I buy it?

Eligible hardware can be placed in managed hosting under the electricity rate, management fee and terms shown in the hosting agreement.

Do you ship worldwide?

We serve customers in more than 30+ countries. Shipping options and costs depend on the destination and order.
