1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing hardware, entering into a hosted or cloud mining contract, or requesting technical service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use together with our Order Policy, Hosting & Cloud Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and After-Sales Repair Policy.

Used ASIC Global is an independent trader of new and used cryptocurrency-mining equipment and a provider of repair, hosting and cloud-mining services. Unless expressly stated for a particular product, we are not the manufacturer of the hardware listed on the Website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The original website design, copy, photographs, documents, software and brand assets owned by or licensed to Used ASIC Global are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Manufacturer names, product designs, trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only under the applicable permission, licence or lawful resale rights.

3. User Conduct & Platform Security

Users agree to use https://usedasic.org/ lawfully, protect account credentials, avoid unauthorized access or harmful automation, provide accurate order information, and not interfere with payment, security or service systems.

4. Product Descriptions & Market Disclaimers

Used ASIC Global takes reasonable care to describe each product accurately. New-hardware specifications are based on manufacturer information. Used-hardware listings identify the stated condition and, where applicable, repair work completed by us. Rated values are not represented as unit-specific test results unless the listing expressly records a measured result.

Hashrate, power consumption, efficiency, temperature and mining output can vary with the individual unit, operating environment, electrical supply, pool performance, network difficulty and protocol conditions. Product specifications and profitability illustrations are not guarantees of mining income or future value.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or speculative losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This limitation does not remove confirmed refund, warranty, service-credit, property-return or data-protection obligations and does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Any transaction-specific liability cap is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the express protections contained in the Order, Hosting and After-Sales policies.

6. Governing Law & Fair Dispute Resolution

Before formal proceedings, the Customer may request a written internal review. We normally respond within ten business days and seek an amicable resolution or mediation. Mandatory consumer rights, including access to a competent local authority or court where applicable, remain unaffected.

Subject to those mandatory rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Eligible unresolved international commercial disputes may be submitted to the Competent People’s Courts in Suzhou, Jiangsu, People’s Republic of China, where legally permitted.
